About Southgate Centre Management

Southgate Mall is owned by Pareto Limited. The mall is managed by Mowana Properties, one of South Africa’s leading property management companies. Our onsite centre management team is dedicated to maintaining a world class shopping environment for our retailers, shoppers and the broader community.

Security & Safety

Working hand-in-hand with our security team, we oversee access control, incident management and emergency response to keep shoppers and retailers safe.

Tenants Relations

We maintain open communication with all tenants, providing operational support, addressing concerns promptly and fostering a collaborative mall community.
