What to do in an emergency
Stay calm. Our team is trained to assist you.
Fire
1. Activate the nearest fire alarm pull station
2. Alert mall security immediately
3. Follow emergency evacuation signage
4. Do not use lifts — use stairwells
5. Proceed to your nearest assembly point
6. Do not re-enter the building until cleared
Ambulance
1. Stay with the person — do not move them
2. Alert the nearest mall security officer immediately
3. Call emergency services: 10177
4. Our team will coordinate first response
5. Clear the area to allow access
6. An automated defibrillator is available at the security desk
Criminal incident
1. Move to a safe location immediately
2. Do not confront or pursue any individual
3. Alert mall security — any officer or the security desk
4. Call SAPS if required: 10111
5. Preserve the scene and do not touch anything
6. Our team will assist with SAPS liaison

Lost something? We can help
Items found within the mall are handed in to the Security Control Office behind the Truworths store. We keep found items for 30 days before disposing of or donating unclaimed property.
